Healthy workplace, healthy you supports employers and RCN representatives to work in partnership to improve working environments. It also supports nursing professionals to lead healthy lifestyles so they can maintain both physical and mental wellbeing.

These five directories list the names, numbers and web addresses (where applicable) of organisations that offer services to help improve mental health and emotional wellbeing. Where possible, additional information has also been provided, such as email addresses and contact details within each Health and Social Care Trust area.

Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke (NICHS) recently held an online blood pressure advise session. The advise session included clinicians and health professionals who answered questions about blood pressure, how to measure blood pressure at home and how to keep blood pressure at a healthy level. Those delivering the session included Dr. Carol Wilson (Consultant Cardiologist), Dr. Grainne Bonnar (General Practitioner), Sophie Boyle (Dietitian) and Hannah Williamson (Health Promotion Manager.)
